1. Age Requirements

BLAP is intended for users 13 years of age or older.

Children under 13 are not permitted to use the Service.

Users between ages 13 and 17 may use BLAP only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service, users aged 13–17 represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
